Facilitator’s Profile
Homer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I). His management experience spans more than 30 years, 20 years of which is in project management. He’s held various project management leadership roles; as Head of Project Management Office, a Program/Portfolio Manager, a Senior Project Manager, and as a Senior Manager for Delivery for various multinational and Philippine companies in telecommunications, banking, retail, electronics, information technology, food and pharmaceutical, and FMCG industries. His projects includes initiatives in construction, engineering, new products and services, ERP implementation, and software development using both traditional and Agile methodologies i.e. waterfall, Scrum. DSDM, etc. A contributing success factor is his 17 years’ experience as an operation manager in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management.
His career as a professional training facilitator began in 1996 as an Oracle Manufacturing Consultant, in 2008 as a Facilitator in Project Management training programs for the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education, and in 2008 as an in-house Project Management Facilitator for Globe Telecom Inc.
